  • Headcanon that when Peggy sets up SHIELD, Dottie eventually becomes an agent for them, working her way to to Deputy Director or something, until one day she assigns Clint Barton to go after the Black Widow, because she KNOWS where this girl came from, and she knows he’ll make the right call.
